Olive (HealthTech): Senior Product Data Analyst: I joined the small team and took over analytics for 2 major products, working with product managers to define metrics, solve data integrity issues and build a standardized set of dashboards for external client communication, internal deep dives, and customer comparisons.
Extend (FinTech): Business Intelligence Analyst: I joined as their first data hire, and built an analytics platform serving all departments which included KPI, compliance tracking and self service dashboards, and the data that fed them. I worked with engineering to identify, correct, and monitor data issues, and across all stakeholders to implement a novel definition of churn that better met business needs.
Aunalytics (Analytics Consulting): Senior Business (Data) Analyst and Industry Analytics Solutions Support Manager: Built data, dashboards and analytical tools for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to health-tech startups to financial institutions, which included data exploration, collaboration with SMEs, iterative development of custom visualizations and tools, and training of internal and external users and analysts. including a solution that identified revenue cycle improvement opportunities exceeding $1M for the client.
